Rajesh has over 10+ years of Information Technology experience both, as an Industrial Engineering Consultant and as an Entrepreneur. As the Chief Executive of Savant, he is responsible for establishing the company’s global IT services capability, financial and technical planning and establishing key alliances. Rajesh brings an unique and high value to Savant, by way of his proven entrepreneurial qualities and solid managerial experience in providing software services to U.S. companies.

An innovator to the core, Rajesh started Savant in 1998 in India with a four member team, with simultaneous incorporation of the company in the United States of America. Since then, the company has been on an unswervingly steady path of growth in terms of business volume, customer acquisitions, knowledge base through R&D activities and sales revenue and currently has over sixty employees supporting operations in India and the U.S. Rajesh has single-handedly led this assiduously planned growth campaign during the crucial formative years and in the process has gained extensive experience in organization development, software development strategies, innovative industry specific solutions and a host of offshore support services.

Prior to starting Savant, he has handled several assignments as an Industrial Engineering consultant in semiconductor technology to a number of U.S. companies like National Semiconductor, Motorola and Dallas Semiconductors.

Rajesh holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University with specialization in Engineering Management.

Bala has over 20 years of experience with business and IT consulting for the electric utility industry, with a focus on retail energy.  As Managing Director of the Energy Practice, he is responsible for providing strategic direction, business consulting, design and development of software solutions and managing client relationships.

Prior to joining Savant, Bala had a consulting firm named ANB Enterprises which provided business consulting services for the retail energy industry. Formerly, Bala held senior positions in ICF Consulting, Reliant Energy, INTESCO,and Synergic Resources Corporation.

Bala’s focus areas include energy efficiency, demand side management, load profiling, distributed generation,retail electric and gas deregulated markets, retail risk management, and metering strategies.

Bala has published several papers in leading industry journals like Edison Electric Institute’s Electric Perspective Magazine, Hart’s Energy Markets and conferences including INFORMS, Gulf Coast Power Association and PowerMarketers Conference.

Bala holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ and has completed MBA level courses courses in Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Financial Accounting, Economics, and Marketing.

Chandra has 13+ years of business and technology consulting experience in areas of ERP, Financial Shared Services, and systems integration. As Managing Director of the Oracle Practice he is responsible for providing strategic direction, designing and delivering solutions for the Oracle eco-system and managing client relationships.

Prior to joining Savant, Chandra was the head of the Consulting and Systems Integration Business Unit for CSC India. He was responsible for developing an operating model to integrate CSC North America consulting business and the India delivery organization to deliver solutions to CSC’s Consulting customers on a global basis, managing a team of 250+ people and also held key roles in business development and organizational development activities like PCMM and work force diversity.

Prior to joining CSC, Chandra was a Senior Manager with BearingPoint (KPMG) in the US for about 8+ years.  During his tenure at BearingPoint he consulted for Fortune 500 firms across the globe in various roles and led some of the complex global system integration projects. He was a key member of the team that built BearingPoint’s global Oracle Practice and led multiple Oracle application engagements in the Consumer and Industrial Markets and Life Sciences verticals. He has also had long term client assignments in Italy, Ireland and Japan. Chandra’s clients include Alcoa, GE, Pfizer, Eaton, Estee Lauder, American Power Conversion, Carnival Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet and Nuovo Pignone, Italy.

Chandra holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Bharthidasan University, India and a M.B.A from National Institute of Technology, India. He is currently pursuing his CPA certification in the University of Wisconsin.
