Technical Lead - .Net

Skills	VB.Net, extensive knowledge in Excel VBA, DTS Package, SQL Server, MS Access
Duties	Handle US client account by managing a 5 member offshore team; should be a lead developer in such projects with duties that include system architecture design, daily telephone Customer/Onsite Coordinator, provide technical documentation, etc.
Education	Engineering (Preferable); MCA
Experience	Up to four years of relevant experience in software companies servicing US Clientele
Desirable	Prior work experience in handling US client accounts for small/dynamic software companies Should possess strong analytical skills. Experience with electric or gas utilities, vendors to the electric and gas utility industry, US or international experience is a plus
Other	Self starter; ability to work with limited supervision; good writing skills; good communication skills; detail oriented; ability to develop and execute work plans; self motivated
